Psychotherapy, Counselling & Bereavement Counselling Winchester, Hampshire
Welcome
There can be occasions in our lives when the people or support networks we would normally turn to are either not appropriate or not available to help with a current difficulty or perhaps to talk about something that happened long ago.
There are many reasons that can lead us to chose counselling or psychotherapy:
- Coping with a major life event such as bereavement, divorce or redundancy
- Feeling stressed and unable to cope
- Facing the transition from one life stage to another
- Dealing with unresolved emotional issues
- Having a problem we are unable to resolve
- Feeling low or stuck for no obvious reason
- Wanting to change unhelpful behaviours or patterns in our lives
In these circumstances it can offer an opportunity to address such issues objectively with acceptance, encouragement and support.
